The Green Mark Thing: Tarnished brass can occasionally leave a green mark on your skin due to its copper content. Entirely harmless, but if you'd prefer to avoid it, keep your bracelet dry and polished.

Water and Care: Safe to wear in water, though you should dry it promptly afterward. To polish at home, use whitening toothpaste or ketchup. Yes, ketchup. Gently rub for 30 to 60 seconds, then clean with an old toothbrush. Rather marvellous results, actually.
