Linen Tales began, as the best things often do, in someone's home. The founders opened the doors of a 16th century building in Vilnius old town to show what modern linen could look like when colour and softness were allowed to meet tradition. What started as a small open-house store quickly became a brand with clients across the world. The grey rough linen of Lithuanian heritage was always beautiful in its way. Linen Tales simply gave it somewhere better to go.

Everything is made in Lithuania using OEKO-TEX certified European Flax — bedding, table linen, kitchen linen, bath linen, clothing and children's pieces. The patterns are distinctive, the colours genuinely considered, and the commitment to quality consistent enough that customers tend to pass pieces down rather than replace them. Which is rather the point.

Visit the Shops

Linen Tales have two shops in the heart of Vilnius old town. The first is at Stiklių st. 4, Vilnius — one of the loveliest streets in the old town, stocked with linen bedding, table linen and timeless home pieces. The second is at Bernardinų st. 10, Vilnius — a quieter, more intimate space with a curated selection of linen alongside gifts, beeswax candles, handmade chocolate and other things from small brands they love.
