Macke Swimwear was established in Penryn, Cornwall in March 2025 by two people who know what performance swimwear actually needs to do. One of them is an ISA World Champion 2024. The brand's starting point is not a mood board — it is the water: what happens to a suit under pressure, over time, in training pools and open sea alike. The result is women's swimwear engineered for low resistance, high shape retention, and the kind of compression that supports movement without restricting it. Simple shapes, clean lines, classic block colours. Nothing is there for decoration. Everything is there because it works.

The fabric is ePBT — a high-performance recycled textile certified to Global Recycled Standard — which means the suits hold their shape, resist chlorine, and last considerably longer than most of what the market offers at this price point. Slower fashion by design: one well-made suit that does not need replacing in a season is the point, not an afterthought. Macke ships free across the UK, and the brand is young enough that buying now means getting in before everyone else works out it exists.
