Here's the thing about this leather collar: it starts out looking rather good, and then, well, it gets even better. Rather like a fine wine, or a Hugh Grant film (if we're being generous). The vegetable tanned leather softens beautifully over time, developing its own unique patina that tells the story of your dog's adventures. It'll darken and deepen depending on all those walks, muddy puddles, and general canine shenanigans.

Handcrafted with Purpose: Each collar is made to order from full-grain vegetable tanned leather with solid brass hardware. We avoid the waste that comes with mass production, which feels rather good, doesn't it.
Develops Character Over Time: The natural untreated leather is refreshingly honest about ageing. It'll develop into a gorgeous tan shade, becoming utterly unique to your dog. Yes, the process is more prominent than treated alternatives, but that's rather the point.
Built to Last: Solid brass and proper leather mean this collar won't let you down. Your dog could probably inherit it to their puppies (metaphorically speaking).

Sizing Guide: Measure around your dog's neck with a soft tape measure. You should comfortably fit one to two fingers between the collar and neck. Not too tight, not too loose. Rather like Goldilocks, but for dogs.
X-Small: 25.5 to 31.5cm neck, 1.6cm wide
Small: 30.5 to 37cm neck, 2cm wide
Medium: 35.5 to 43cm neck, 2.5cm wide
Large: 43 to 51cm neck, 2.5cm wide
X-Large: 51 to 58.5cm neck, 2.5cm wide
Materials: Vegetable tanned full-grain leather with solid brass hardware, handmade with proper care.
Custom Options: If your dog's neck size doesn't fit our standard range, we can create a custom sized collar just for them. Dual colour variations are also available upon request.
Caring for Your Collar
To keep this rather splendid piece in top form, condition the leather every three to six months using a natural leather wax. This keeps it soft and protected from the elements. Regularly wipe the brass hardware clean to help prevent oxidation and darkening (though some of that is rather inevitable and rather lovely, if we're honest). Think of it as gentle maintenance, not tedious upkeep.
