Look, we will be honest with you. This is a wooden tray. We have not reinvented the wheel, nor have we attempted anything remotely close to it. What we have done, quite sensibly, is take a rather marvellous piece of birch veneer and turn it into something genuinely useful. The sort of thing you will actually reach for when hosting, which is precisely the point.
