Rather like a well-meaning attempt at meditation, this pairing is designed to gently ease you from the chaos of the day into something resembling actual rest. Two complementary essential oil blends work together to support emotional release first, then guide you toward proper sleep. No pressure, no fixing anything, just an invitation to slow down.
Why Choose Our Rest and Restore Pairing
Back to Happiness First: This comforting yet uplifting blend of neroli and petitgrain helps ease emotional tension and bring a sense of reassurance. Light it earlier in the evening when you want to unwind emotionally and gently shift out of the day.
And So To Bed Second: A softly calming blend of rose geranium and mandarin designed to support evening wind-down. The floral rose geranium brings balance and comfort, whilst mandarin adds gentle sweetness and sedating effect, creating rather good conditions for the final hours of the day.
Natural Wax and Essential Oils: Hand-poured using natural wax and designed to fit your existing vessel, so you simply replace the refill rather than the whole candle.
Guided Meditation Included: Access to a short optional meditation via QR code offers gentle evening guidance without instruction or expectation. Truly optional, unlike most wellbeing things.
Designed for Intention, Not Habit: This is not about forcing sleep or fixing anything. It is an invitation to create space for rest and emotional ease whenever you need it.

What You Receive: And So To Bed aromatherapy candle refill and Back to Happiness aromatherapy candle refill.
Burn Time: Approximately 50 hours per candle.
Wax Fill: 300g per refill.
Wick: Wood wick for a rather splendid, even burn.
How to Use: Trim your wick to 0.5cm before lighting and after every use. Burn for at least 2 hours (no more than 3 hours) until the whole top layer is melted. You may choose to follow the guided meditation, dim the lights, or simply sit quietly with the candle. There is no right way, only what feels supportive.

Now, we absolutely adore our brand partners - they work incredibly hard and we do try to support them as much as we possibly can. So I'm rather afraid we have to pass the return postage costs back to you. Frightfully sorry about that!
