Candle Care for Best Results
Trim your wick to 0.5cm before lighting, and do trim it again after each use. Burn your candle for at least 2 hours, though no more than 3 hours at a time, until the whole top layer is melted. This helps your candle burn more evenly and prevents those rather annoying tunnelling situations.
