How to Get the Best From Your Refill: Trim your wick to 0.5cm before lighting and after each use. Burn for at least 2 hours (no more than 3 hours) until the entire top layer is melted. This rather marvellous step helps your candle burn beautifully and evenly, which is rather the whole idea.
