How to Get the Best From Your Refill
Trim your wick to 0.5cm before lighting, then trim it after every use (a bit fiddly, but well worth it). On your first burn, keep the candle alight for at least 2 hours but no more than 3 hours, until the entire top layer has melted. This rather clever trick prevents tunnelling and ensures a gorgeously even burn throughout. Rather like breaking in a new pair of shoes, but infinitely more pleasant.

Now, we absolutely adore our brand partners - they work incredibly hard and we do try to support them as much as we possibly can. So I'm rather afraid we have to pass the return postage costs back to you. Frightfully sorry about that!
